If you have placed an order and you want to check its status, you can view this from your Rokblokz.com account.  If you set one up at checkout follow the instructions below.

Step 1 - Go to Rokblokz.com and login.

Step 2 - Click on the order you want to track.

Step 3 - Click on details.

If you entered your cell # the updates on your orders can be messaged to you on your phone.

If you did not create a Rokblokz.com account, your tracking info is sent to your email via shipstation.com so that you can easily track your package. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please run a search as some email services will filter it out.
