We understand that there are customers of ours that purchase their RokBlokz mud flap kits through Amazon.com. We appreciate your business and want to do all that we can to provide you with the order support that you might need.

With that said, Amazon requires that we provide support with our Amazon customers through their messaging/email system. We are required to follow those guidelines so that we can continue to sell our products in that marketplace.

In addition to that, some of our kits are sold via Amazon Prime. Those sales are managed by the Amazon support team directly and we ask that if you purchased through Amazon Prime to please contact them directly.
