We are not personally delivering your item. That is taken care of by the USPS and UPS delivery drivers. If they missed you and could not deliver the package, they will leave a notice on your door or in your box and try to deliver again the next day. Sometimes packages are held at the post office and if they are not picked up within a few days, they will be returned to the sender(us).  If you have any questions about your delivery, it is best to call the carrier who is responsible for your package.
