In many cases we help carry the cost for shipping for our customers with the shipping service. The shipping service requires their payment and we do not get any money from that part of the transaction.

RETURNS

Products sold by ROKBLOKZ are covered by this Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or exchange. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
